Founding Documents

There are several important documents to any member of the Bel-Aire Palms Homeowners Association.  The list below contains a series of links to the Articles of Incorporation, the Covenants, the By-Laws, and the Plat.  The text documents have been processed with Optical Character Recognition and reviewed by your Directors to provide a clean searchable document.  These versions are not official, so copies of the scanned original documents are also attached for reference.
